Everything ships from our house in Dubai, tracked from our door to yours.
Draft policy for the prototype. Delivery times, fees and the returns window need confirming with the carrier and the owner before launch.
How long it takes.
We pack in-stock pieces within one working day. Stitched and made-to-order pieces ship once they're ready.

What it costs.
UAE delivery is free over AED 500. Everywhere else, you see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Some countries charge import duty or tax when a parcel arrives. Where we can, we collect it at checkout so nothing is due at the door. If we can't for your country, checkout tells you.
Returns.
- Ready-to-wear: return it within 14 days, unworn, with the tags on.
- Unstitched fabric: return it within 14 days if it's uncut and unused.
- Stitched for you, and bridal: these are made for you, so we can't take them back. We'll alter the fit for free instead.

If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll put it right at our cost.
