Do you ship to my country?
We ship from Dubai to the Gulf, the UK, Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Checkout shows the cost before you pay.
What does unstitched mean?
You get the fabric for the shirt, dupatta and trouser, cut to length, with the embroidered patches. A tailor makes it up. Or we do it for you: pick "stitched" on the piece.
Can you stitch it to my size?
Yes. Choose a standard size, or give us your measurements. It takes 7 to 10 days before it ships.
Can I see a piece before I buy?
Yes. Visit the boutique in Dubai, or book a private appointment. Far away? Ask on WhatsApp and we'll send a video of the piece.
Will I pay customs when it arrives?
Some countries charge import duty. Where we can, we collect it at checkout so nothing is due at the door.
How do I pay?
Cards, Apple Pay and pay-in-4 plans at checkout. Prices show in your currency.
How long does a bridal take?
Most take 10 to 12 weeks from the first visit. Book early if your date is close, and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Can I return something?
Ready-to-wear and unused unstitched fabric, within 14 days. Pieces stitched for you can't be returned, but we'll fix the fit. See shipping and returns.
